DFRNT Solar provides solar energy system design, supply, and installation services across South East Queensland. Our services include initial consultations, system design, equipment supply, professional installation, and ongoing support.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change based on site inspection findings
• Government rebates and incentives are subject to eligibility and availability
• Final pricing will be confirmed in your installation contract

4. Installation Terms

Upon acceptance of a quote:

• A deposit may be required to secure your installation date
• Installation dates are scheduled based on equipment availability and installer capacity
• You must ensure safe access to your property and electrical switchboard
• Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges

5. Warranties and Guarantees

DFRNT Solar provides:

• Manufacturer warranties on all equipment as specified in product documentation
• Workmanship warranty on installation as detailed in your contract
• Our Price-Match Guarantee on equivalent systems (terms apply)
• All warranties are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within the cooling-off period specified in your contract. Cancellations after this period or after equipment has been ordered may incur cancellation fees. Please refer to your individual contract for specific terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DFRNT Solar and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFRNT Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
