475W, with back-contact cells so the full front face stays open to light.

On the Hi-MO X10 the electrical contacts sit behind the cell, leaving the whole front face clear to take in light. It's rated 475W in a 108-cell format.

Its cells are N-Type silicon: slower to degrade, steadier when the heat climbs — both of which matter on a roof here. CEC approved, and eligible for STCs.

What does BC (back contact) cell tech mean?

A 475W bifacial: direct sun on the front, bounced light at the back.

A 475W N-Type panel whose cells earn from both faces — direct sun on the front, and whatever reflects off the roof, walls and ground at the rear. Its TOPCon design — tunnel oxide passivated contact — holds onto power an ordinary cell lets go.

Risen lists 25-year product cover for Australian and New Zealand rooftop installations and 30-year linear performance cover, subject to its warranty terms.

How do the Seraphim All-Black and the Bifacial differ?

Both supplied models are bifacial. The All-Black is rated 440W; this model is rated 475W. Dimensions and applicable product warranties also differ.

Is bifacial worth it on a normal roof?

It still picks up some rear-side energy from light reflecting off the roof surface. You'll see more of that gain on a pale or flat roof.

Why N-Type silicon?

N-Type silicon ages more slowly and holds up better in heat — both count in Australian conditions. All four panels on this page use it.

What makes a panel bifacial?

Its cells work on both faces — the front takes direct sunlight, the rear picks up light reflected off the roof or ground.

Do these panels qualify for STCs?

Yes. All four are CEC approved, so they qualify for Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs), which bring down what you pay upfront.

What does a panel cost?

We don't list panel prices on their own. A system is designed around your roof — orientation, shade, how many panels go up and how much you use — and every one of those moves the number. We'd sooner quote from your real bill than publish a guess we'd have to take back. Your quote names the manufacturer, model and quantity, costed line by line. Start from your latest bill.

Who handles the warranty claims?

Every panel comes with its own manufacturer warranty, listed above model by model. We register yours for you and keep the paperwork in your system logbook. Each install we do also carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
