How was this starting estimate calculated?
This uses the original live site’s solar-only model: 440 W panels, $220 per panel, an inverter allowance based on system size, $3,200 installation and a $350 per kW rebate allowance. These are model assumptions, not confirmed equipment prices or a rebate entitlement.
System size uses assumed annual usage divided by 1,500, rounded to the nearest 0.5 kW, with a 6.6–13.2 kW range. The price range is 90–140% of the model total, rounded to $500. Your roof, switchboard and other answers still need to be checked before a final system and price can be confirmed.
