Is the X1-VAST suitable for my home?
Yes — if your property has single-phase power (most Australian homes do), the X1-VAST is designed for you. Your installer will confirm during the site assessment.
What does "hybrid" mean?
Hybrid inverters manage both solar panels and a battery. They can charge your battery from solar, discharge it when the sun goes down, and interact with the grid — all in one unit.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. The X1-VAST is battery-ready. You can install it now without a battery and add one later when it suits your budget.
How many solar panels can I connect?
The 5kW model has 3 MPPT inputs; the 8kW and 10kW models have 4. Each MPPT can handle one or more panel strings.
What warranty does it come with?
10 years manufacturer warranty, subject to registration.
